However, we understand that purchasing jewelry—especially diamonds—is a meaningful decision, and sometimes changes are necessary.

That’s why we proudly offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all eligible purchases.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our fine jewelry and diamonds, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

  • All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • Items must include:

    • Original diamond certificates (such as IGI/GIA, if provided)

    • Appraisal documents (if applicable)

    • Jewelry boxes, packaging, and any other materials originally included with the purchase

  • Loose diamonds and finished jewelry must not have been:

    • Worn, altered, or resized

    • Scratched, chipped, or damaged

    • Set into a different piece of jewelry

Non-Returnable Items

For customer protection and quality assurance, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engravings, bespoke designs)

  • Items that have been resized, modified, or altered after purchase

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

  • Jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare the Package:

    • Place the item securely in its original packaging (including certificates and documents).

    • Ensure the diamond/jewelry is well protected to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Ship with Insurance: All returns must be shipped via an insured carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Registered Mail). We strongly recommend full insurance coverage for the value of the item. Diamond Code Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different diamond or piece of jewelry, our team will gladly assist you. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns and must also be completed within 30 days of delivery.
